My name is Terri Grigsby.

I believe every student can succeed in math. All you need is a willingness to learn and a little bit of coaching and tutoring from me.

My past students, parents, and principals would tell you that I make math easy to understand.  I believe this is because I like to learn a little about you and how you learn best.  Then we'll collaborate and work, coach and tutor in the way that works best for your learning style personally. It's the beauty of private one-on-one tutoring.

I have taught every subject in math from General Math, Algebra, Geometry, PreCalculus, Trigonometry, and Calculus in my 29 years of my career.  I've taught in Italy and Spain all the way to Portland, Oregon where I live today.  I'm even licensed in Oregon to teach advanced math.  So, I've pretty much seen it all.  I've even won an award for my online tutoring business.

I offer Online tutoring through ZOOM.  I use a shared whiteboard so my students and I can both write on the screen.  We can share pages of homework, graph paper, or practice sheets.  At the end of a session, I email you all the notes we went over in our tutoring session.

In the end, I know you can master this math so that you will pass your current math class and even more importantly be ready and able to conquer your next math class too.
